Elisa Basnight is an accomplished business leader and lawyer with significant experience in leading enterprise and digital transformations, directing change management strategies, business and legal operations teams, technical personnel, and line management staffs in exceeding policy, production and service objectives. Her leadership philosophy promotes employee and stakeholder engagement in creative problem solving and design thinking to contribute to organizational success and repositioning small, medium and large-scale corporate, governmental and nonprofit enterprises for growth.

Sean Ryan is an operations executive with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His areas of expertise include data analysis, client consulting and partnering to build solutions and efficiencies.

In his most recent role, Sean led the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Programs Field Operations team for Health Net Federal Services (HNFS) as a Senior Director. He successfully managed the relationships between HNFS and 91 VA Medical Centers across 37 states. By collaborating and sharing data with the leaders of the VA Medical Centers, he was able to develop local processes that optimized the way veterans are referred and appointed to care in the community. 

Barbara Ward is a retired Senior Executive whose professional career spans over 40 years working in the health care and health insurance industry, state and federal government and the military. Her background and experience includes executive level leadership positions as an Assistant Hospital Administrator, Vice President of Medical Services, Regional Director of Field Case Management and Director positions in state and federal government. 

Her most recent position was Director of the Center for Minority Veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role she was responsible for supporting the VA mission and collaborating with numerous strategic internal and external partners, including Congressional representatives, in addressing the vast needs of the veteran population during a major cultural transformation process.  

William Lucas is a recognized business development and marketing strategy expert in both television and digital marketing.  He currently works with corporate clients, small to medium advertising agencies and creative firms helping to develop business growth strategies aimed at creating long term sustainability and growth.  He specializes in B2B and B2C marketing and digital programmatic strategies. 

Jessika Portney is a seasoned leadership development specialist and executive coach with expertise in strategy, program management, and relationship building for continuing education platforms that attract established and emerging public sector and non-profit leaders in the US and abroad. Jessika has designed and led leadership and workforce training programs for USAID, Department of State, and other US government entities. In her most recent position at The Brookings Institution, Jessika oversaw strategy, design, operations, and partnerships for an acclaimed suite of leadership programs for federal executives.
